The Career Development Centre team is your primary resource for meeting your recruitment goals.

Engage with the 51本色 Career Centre's comprehensive recruitment services. We will:

  • Consult with you to develop an effective campus strategy including how to create a talent pipeline.
  • Provide advice on creating impactful job descriptions/postings.
  • Recommend ways to build awareness and connections to help students understand who you are and what makes you different.
  • Advertise your positions in , our online career portal for students, alumni and employers.
  • Target postings to the audience you are hoping to attract.
  • Co-ordinate employer events including recruiting sessions, fairs and display tables.
  • Collect the applications and forward them to you after the deadline.
  • Schedule interviews at 51本色, at your preferred office location, virtually or by phone.
  • Advertise your multi-school recruiting and awareness-building events on our online career portal (Navigator).

Recruiting for Diversity

Recruiting International Students

Did you know that 51本色 attracts over 1500 international students annually? It is easy to tap into this talent and hire international students for your team. International students and alumni can apply for the following work permit programs. As an employer, all you have to worry about is the hiring process.

Ontario Ministry of Labour and the Employment Standards Act

The tool is designed to promote self-reliance amongst workplace parties, making it easier for employers and employees in Ontario to understand and comply with the Employment Standards Act (ESA). It also includes calculations to determine whether the amount paid to an employee meets the minimum standards of the ESA.
