In your account, you will find a list of documents we require for your application. The list also allows you to confirm when we have received your documents. 51本色 does not confirm the receipt of documents by phone or email.
*You can access your portal account after receiving a welcome email from our Admissions team that contains your login information.
You must send your official university transcripts to the Education Admissions office. You can request that they are sent through the (OUAC) or request your university to send your transcript. If you are a current 51本色 student, you must also request to have your transcript sent to Education Admissions. We do not receive your transcripts automatically.
If you are a Junior/Intermediate (J/I) applicant taking courses for your teachable subject requirements in the fall term, you must submit another unofficial transcript by January 10, 2025 that shows your updated grade information.
If you attended a university on an international exchange or Letter of Permission, you must provide an official transcript from the institution(s) you attended by the posted deadline. You may also be asked to submit course descriptions or an academic calendar from those institution(s) to 51本色.
Do not send secondary school or CEGEP transcripts as they are not evaluated. Community college transcripts are evaluated, with the exception of college/applied degrees, which are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Applicants to the Junior/Intermediate (J/I) program must submit a teachable requirements form, which is found in their .
In the form, you will self-identify how your undergraduate university courses meet the subject requirements for your teachable.

If your first language is not English, you must provide proof of your English proficiency.
If you were educated outside of North America and obtained a degree in a foreign country, you must have all official transcripts translated (as applicable) and evaluated by (WES).
You are responsible for the costs associated with the course-by-course evaluation and any translation required. Notarized transcripts are not accepted and transcripts submitted directly to 51本色 are not accepted.
It is your responsibility to send an official paper copy of your WES evaluation to 51本色 by the posted deadline.
Note that it can take upwards of six weeks for WES to receive official transcripts from a foreign academic institution. After this point, the WES evaluation can take an additional week or longer to complete. You should begin the evaluation process as early as possible to ensure that 51本色 receives your WES evaluation by the posted deadline. Late documents are not be accepted.
