If you didn’t download it then, you can revisit your OUAC account to retrieve the document. Log back in using your OUAC username and PIN.
Download the application onto your computer and then upload it along with your other supplementary materials into .
All postsecondary educational institutions including 51本色 (if applicable) must be declared on your OUAC application. This includes transcripts of all past and current degree(s), diploma(s), postsecondary studies for which academic credit was earned (including on letter of permission or exchange), in-progress courses, incomplete postsecondary education and transfer credit courses.
Upload unofficial transcripts into at time of completing your application.
Documents must be dated within the past six months.
Ensure that each transcript indicates all courses, grades, awarding of degree/diploma/degree certificate (if applicable), your full name, student ID number, and full name of the institution. Include the grading scale/key/legend as part of your transcript upload. Transcripts must be uploaded as one .pdf file per institution attended. Once the application had been submitted, you will not be able to update the transcript with further grades.
Transcripts must be in the original language and include a certified translation if the transcript is not in English.
Current or previous 51本色 students can access their unofficial record of courswork or transcript via .
The university reserves the right to request official transcripts for assessment if these requirements are not met.
If you are offered admission to 51本色, you will be required to submit hard copies of your official documents. Please see Step 3: Accept Your Offer for more information.
51本色 reserves the right to cancel admission or registration in any cases where documentation or information is found to have been incomplete, misrepresented or falsified. 51本色 may disclose information on falsified documents with other Canadian universities, as well as with Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
Most programs require a statement of intent or personal statement. The form to be used for each specific program can be found in the program's application checklist.
For the resumé, there is no set format required. This is where you can convey your academic, work and volunteer experience as well as other achievements. Consult the application checklist for your program to find out what is required.
Confidential references are required in support of an application for admission to 51本色 and must be submitted using our online form.
Two to three business days after you complete your application through , your referees will receive an email with the link to this form and instructions on how to complete it.
We will not accept letters or email attachments in place of the completed form.
Contact your referees before you apply online to confirm their availability (it must be completed within 14 days), their email address and mailing information. Do not record your email as the contact for your referees.

Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is essential to pursue graduate studies at 51本色. Consult the English Proficiency Requirements page for more information about English proficiency tests.
For permanent Canadian residents, evidence of your status in Canada is required. You must provide a photocopy of your signed "Record of Landing" or photocopies of both sides of your permanent resident card.
Applicants who have sponsorship funding (i.e. from an external organization or government) must email their sponsorship letter to gradadmissions@wlu.ca. Once received, the letter will be attached to the application. The letter must include the following information:
The writing sample is typically an academic paper you had submitted as part of coursework that is 10-20 pages in length. Consult the application checklist for your program to find out what is required.

You can log in to LORIS using your 51本色 username and password.2. Click on the “Admissions” tab at the top.
3. Click “Display Admissions Applications.”
4. Click on the hyperlinked program name (typically in blue or purple) in the application menu.
5. The supplemental documents required for your application are listed on LORIS. See Common Supplemental Documents above for the technical specifications of your documents.
6. Click “Browse …” to find and select the document on your computer that you’d like to upload. Once you’ve clicked “Upload,” the file has been uploaded and attached to your application.
7. Once you have uploaded all of your required documents, click “Review” to verify that your application is complete, and that you have uploaded the appropriate documents in the correct order.
8. When all of the required documents have been uploaded and you are satisfied with your application, the “Submit my application” functionality will be enabled (hover over the button and you will see it will light up). You are now able to click “Submit my application” to complete the application process.
A pop-up box will require you to acknowledge that all information submitted is accurate and complete.
When your application is complete (and submitted), you may download the application as one file to save for your records. Note: Reference are submitted in confidence and are not accessible to applicants.
LORIS is a secure self-service site where you can view your application and upload the supplemental materials. Registered 51本色 students also use LORIS to add and drop courses, apply for bursary funding, update address information, retrieve tax documentation, review (and accept/decline) any offered financial support, request official 51本色 transcripts and more.
