Dimensions: Equity Diversity and Inclusion in Canada

51本色 was one of the first institutions to sign on to the Federal Charter, and one of 17 institutions chosen to participate in the Dimensions Pilot Program.

The program will support 51本色 in its efforts to identify and eliminate barriers and inequities.

Office of Indigenous Initiatives

We are proud to foster a community that embraces Indigenous initiatives as part of our institutional identity. Led by the Office of Indigenous Initiatives, we have been working toward the goal of Indigenization, a term that reflects the incorporation of Indigenous knowledge into the daily life of the university.

University Employment Equity Advisory Committee (UEEAC)

The UEEAC is an ongoing advisory team comprised of employees interested in working on employment equity-related initiatives. The group identifies barriers to employment equity and provides support and feedback to administration on resource development and initiative planning.
