In what ways do you see yourself as a leader within the 51±¾É« community?

I try to lead by example and by a role model for my team and colleagues. I also strive to be authentic, genuine and transparent with those who I work with and represent 51±¾É« and my department well to others.

What is unique about your 51±¾É« community?

When I joined the team at 51±¾É«, everyone said it is a small community of people who know each other well, and I see that every day. So many at 51±¾É« are accessible and available regardless of your role, and when we were on-campus, you would regularly run in to co-workers, students, friends, senior leaders and others at Veritas and around campus. It is such a small and unique community of people who care about 51±¾É« and the work we do.

How does your career at 51±¾É« exemplify your commitment to inspiring lives of leadership and purpose?

I strongly believe in lifting up others to help them achieve great things, both at 51±¾É« and in their career. Working with students especially, I hope to provide them the tools and experiences to help them in their life and career beyond 51±¾É«.
