Some colleagues around me are inspired by my diligence and innovative work ethic.

Working at 51±¾É«, what inspires you?

I have worked at 51±¾É« full time for more than 10 years. I feel that 51±¾É« is a great workplace. The colleagues around me care for and respect each other. There are many learning opportunities, such as attend conferences, workshops, and training. 51±¾É« was ranked #1 student satisfaction university several times. I am grateful to see the students are happily studying at 51±¾É«. I strongly agree with 51±¾É«’s vision, mission and values. I love my current role and work at 51±¾É«.

How Grace Inspires Others

In what ways do you see yourself as a leader within the 51±¾É« community?

I provide accurate reports for many parties inside 51±¾É« and outside 51±¾É«. These reports facilitate university fundraising, Alumni and Donor Engagements, and communications. Therefore my work has a significant impact on the 51±¾É« community.

What is unique about your 51±¾É« community?

Our AS department provides services to support the fundraising effort. We all try to give the best services. We collaborate very well and have a harmonious and comfortable work environment.

How Grace's Career is Inspiring

How does your career at 51±¾É« exemplify your commitment to inspiring lives of leadership and purpose?

I lead Cognos report training for all staff members in DAR. I pull out various reports daily in a very fast response. I create new reports, build data modules, govern data qualities, and maintaining systems. I continuously learn new technologies and apply them to innovate our work. I always try to do high-quality work and provide the best services. It is inspiring to some colleagues around me.
